Most recently, Peter also founded and served as CEO of Oralinx, an oral surgery data and analytics SaaS platform that was acquired by Canada’s largest, publicly-traded dental practice consolidator.

Tom Dempsey is Arcadia’s Co-Founder and one of North America’s most respected recruitment leaders, renowned for delivering top-tier talent to organizations ranging from pre-seed start-ups to global hedge funds. With a strong track record of building high-impact technology teams, Tom has been instrumental in driving growth for companies across fintech, SaaS, crypto, financial services, and enterprise tech. Known for his strategic yet precise approach, Tom specializes in aligning exceptional talent with ambitious business goals. At Arcadia, he serves as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing the firm’s commercial operations – including client partnerships, delivery, and growth strategy – across North America and beyond.

Matt Davison is a Managing Director and Partner at Arcadia, where he helps VC and PE backed companies build world-class Engineering, Product, and AI teams. With nearly a decade of experience in technology recruitment and consulting, he partners with founders and investors across North America to connect technical leadership with business growth. Before joining Arcadia, Matt spent eight years as a perennial top performer at a leading professional services firm, helping build one of the top technology practices in the U.S. At Arcadia, he leads our commercial and operational initiatives across the U.S. Technology Market. A former tech founder, Matt brings firsthand startup experience and a passion for helping early-stage ventures scale the right way – combining strategic insight, creativity, and execution excellence.
